Students who exemplify the qualities of the late Wiley Manuel and meet the following criteria should apply: Be in good standing at a law school which is accredited and located in Northern California and may be a third year student to assist with costs incurred in preparation for and taking the California bar. The selection committee will look to general goals of the Foundation, need, scholarship, commitment and industry, and community service. Application deadline is March.
