The MLGBA will be awarding the Gray Scholarship in the amount of $1000 to one law student for the 08-09 academic year to defray the costs associated with law school. The award will go to a law student who demonstrates a commitment to and involvement in the LGBT community, leadership, maturity and responsibility. To apply for and be eligible for the Gray Scholarship, candidates must be enrolled at a law school in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and must complete the application form along with all required submissions (including one letter of recommendation from a person not related to the candidate). All materials must be received by February 15, 2008 for consideration.
