The Foundation desires to encourage and support law students who have some connection with Kern County by awarding an annual scholarship. The primary considerations in making this award will be the candidate’s connection with Kern County, proven academic achievement, economic need, and concern for society. The Foundation will award scholarships in the range of $250 - $3,000. Applications must be received by the middle of January.
