These scholarships are open to all second and third year African American, Hispanic, Asian American and Native American ATLA Law Student Members. Criteria for the scholarships are: 1) exhibit an interest and proficiency of skills in trial advocacy, 2) express a desire to represent victims, 3) demonstrate a commitment to ATLA and dedication to its mission through involvement in an ATLA student chapter, and 4) show a financial need for the scholarship. A required 500-word essay on how you meet the criteria and three recommendations will be required. Application deadline is February.
